Here, we invite you to use a combination of writing and your senses to explore this moment.
Start by noticing. Consider the world around you and within your body. What do your senses tell you about your surroundings? What sensations do you notice in your body? You can explore using all five senses – sight, sound, smell, touch, taste – or you can concentrate on just one or two of them.
Write a list of 10 things you notice.
Once you have made your list, choose one item and write about it in detail for 5 minutes.
Finish the activity by stretching and taking a few deep, cleansing breaths.
