Circle one thing on your list that is particularly calling for your attention.
Now list 3 reasons why it would be good to accomplish this task.
Write down the first thing you would need to do to make it happen. What would the next step be? Write that down too.
Now write a sentence stating when and how you will embark on your chosen task, beginning with “I will…”
When you have finished, take a few deep breaths and stretch your body.
